By creating your own unique product keywords & image, you can help to ensure that your listing is seen by the right people and that you are not violating Shopee's policy.

1. As a seller, you will not be able to control the shipping channels that are available to your buyers. However, you can still use Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL) to ship your products.2. Each order can only generate one Shopee Airway Bill (AWB).
3. Multiple orders cannot be combined into one AWB.
4. If you need to ship multiple orders together, you will need to generate a separate AWB for each order.

B). If an order contains multiple products, the seller must split the order into separate orders before an admin can process it.
C). The seller needs to click "Arrange Shipment" for the order.
NOTE : Sellers must manually split orders that contain items from different suppliers. The automated system will only capture the order items from our website. The seller will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.
1.When using Shopee Supported Logistics, you do not need to manually update the tracking number.2.You need to click "Arrange Shipment" if you want to prevent the buyer from canceling the order.
3.You do not need to click "Mass Ship"
4.You do not need to manually send the Shopee Airway Bill.
5.The shipping status in the Seller Centre will be automatically updated to "Shipped" after the courier company picks up the parcel. This process usually takes between four hours.

1.The synchronization of order into to Savevalue Mystore can take up to an hour.2.If it has been more than three hours since the order into were synced to Savevalue Mystore, you can troubleshoot the issue by going to the dashboard sync settings and refresh the Shopee order button.

1.You are not allowed to remove and change variation SKU, because it will affect the products matching with Savevalue warehouse system.2.To change the selling price, you need to go back to the "My Store" edit screen and save your changes.

Please elaborate the situation 
Stock balance will be updated automatically and customer orders will be pushed to Savevalue automatically. Seller need to ensure there's sufficient credit in Savevalue. 
This is something seller need to manage with Shopee and the buyer.in any case,please click hold button remark the cancellation.if item is still in our warehouse,we may still be able to stop the shipment out.1) Member hold button remark fill in cancel order we will cancel and refund.
2) Buyer cancels the order before the administrator has printed AWB ,we will cancel and refund.
3) If there is no hold button,it is not allowed to cancel the order.
