Product Return Policy and Procedures

Should you wish to cancel your contract after the goods have been despatched to you or your customer, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Save Value Online within 1 week at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty or mis-described. Please follow our returns procedure.

What do we need to verify that the item is allowed for exchange or return, we will need you to provide us the Booking ID and get a few photos or videos (handphone standard is sufficient, no need studio photography) of the item then show us where is the problem and we will process it.

Please remind your buyer to ensure that the parcel has all the items including the packaging in it. Make sure the parcel is not see through and sealed well then paste the consignment note on the parcel.

We suggest you to ask your buyer to accepts product exchange as first option. You and your buyer shall have the option to either get refund for the item's amount paid as stated in the sales order or product replacement. However in the the event where the particular item is out of stock, Save Value shall refund the amount to your (Dropshipper of E-wallet) wallet. The product return or refund normally takes around 7 working days to complete.

The courier company will automatically return the goods to you. (*Note:The courier company will not return goods to Save Value Online), dropshipper have to courier back the goods to us and the postage is responsible for our company, depanding on the situations.

Refund or replacement will not be apply for following situations:
1. Original packaging missing.
2. Any item that has been worn or altered.
3. Used items.

Cloth Defective Goods

Please feedback to our customer service email within 2 days after receiving it.

We do not accept return for reasons of color deviation from computer display view, minor dirty and minor thread off, quality thickness, size (measurement) and etc. (*Kindly note that dark and bright color clothes are likely to fade in 1st wash, this is consider as normal condition. Remember to wash separately from other color clothes).

Kindly stick a tape on the defected area where we can spot easily.


All products supplied by Save Value Online have 2 days manufacturer's warranty period from the date of the goods were delivered (unless otherwise stated and excluding consumables). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note that the warranty does not cover you for any defects in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use. Non-consumable items are covered for physical defects in accordance with the terms above. Consumable items are not covered for replacement during "normal" use.

Faulty Item(s)

If you received goods that were faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item in writing (by post, by email or by using the contact us page on the website).

We do not cover faulty caused by accident, neglect, misure or normal wear and tear. Consumable items, such as non-rechargeable batteries will be replaced if found to be inoperative on delivery. Non-consumable items are not covered for replacement during "normal"use.

We request photographic evidence of any visible faulty instead of a return.

We will check products returned as faulty. If the faulty is verified, we will replace the item within 3 working days at no additional cost to you and will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage costs incurred by the return. If we are unable to replace the item (for example, due to discontinued of a product), you will be offered a choice of a substitute alternative product or a refund for the faulty item.

Please do not place duplicate orders for replacement of damaged/faulty goods.

If the goods you returned are found not to be faulty, you will be notified in writing. You will receive a refund or an offer of a replacement for the original goods however we will ask you to cover the delivery charges and the return delivery charges will not be refunded.

Wrong Item(s) Delivered

If by mistake we supply you with an incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 days. If your customer wish to return the item for replacement, please follow our return procedure. Depending on the value of the item that the customer is free to keep the item if they are happy with it and any refund for a difference in value will be issued, conversely if the item is higher value than the original item paid, a request will be sent for the difference.

The item should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions within 3 days since you notified us. You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost and should be returned in the original packaging and in new condition.

This condition does not apply to perishable item (those items supplied with a printed use by date) unless previously agreed in writing with Save Value Online.

Returns Procedure

Please note that as stated above, in the event of an item arriving in damaged condition please contact us in writing and we will advise whether a return is necessary. We will request photographic evidence of all damages wherever possble, rather than return.

Items shall be returned in the original packing and in new condition, kindly arrange despatch the item to Seri Kembangan Store.

Before returning any item, you must inform Save Value Online the return reason. Please provide your original order number on all returns and correspondence.

In the event of an item returned to Save Value Online not arriving, you will be asked to provide tracking details (where applicable) or a receipt of proof of postage.

If an item is returned to Save Value Online without any written communication and not in line with our returns procedure, Save Value Online will not compensate for any transport costs involved.

Misuse Of Goods
